The entire PWT Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) manufacturing process is designed around predictable and consistent strength and stiffness. The thin veneers are aligned with the strong fibers running the length of the lumber, the same as in nature. PWT uses ultrasonic testing to select the veneer, then assembles them using engineered and continuously tested menus. The result is an improvement on nature with superior strength, allowing for long spans.
